The customer is a freelance tourism operator with India wide 5 star hotel and resorts tie-ups. Here the customer wants to have a unique platform for booking the hotels, resorts and tour packages for India-wide sales & marketing teams operating from respective homes promoting on digital platforms.

The customers’ requirement is to have a unique hotel reservation system with real time availability of room booking functionality of various partner hotels with varying tariff on different date ranges and month wise advance payment feature managed by a reservation system at the back-end with invoice generation. in total a complete CRM, billing & accounting solution

The overall features provided for the customer include assigning of unlimited number of rooms with combination of room type and capacity, day wise (Mon to Sun) price plan entry with regular and different date range, advance payment (%) of total amount can be set month wise, active booking list with cancellation feature and booking history list, room blocking in particular date range. i.e. booking from desk and phone blocking feature, 12 months calendar view of room availability, any currency support, minimum night booking setting, price with tax and without tax setting, after successful booking email notification both hotel owner and customer with invoice, confirmation and cancellation email content can be edit from admin panel, admin menu add/edit, room type image upload, booking list search by date range, home page widget for last 10 bookings, today check-in, today check-out.

Invoicing features are custom tax rates per products, custom discount rates per products, integrated stock manager, get online payment with unique invoice link, decent invoice printing template, send quotes with proposal as email and convert quotes to invoices.

Purchase orders include send purchase receipt with your stock requirement to supplier, integrated to inventory manager, whereas Inventory management include track stock worth category wise, manage product warehouses and manage products with stock status, Supplier management has the get record purchase orders and payment record to suppliers

Accounts include payment for invoice will reflected, sales & purchase is integrated to accounts, all payment activities record, data reports,  company statistics, accounts statements, income, expenses, sales and purchase tax statement

Ticket based support system features customer can create tickets in his login, employee can reply and solve the problem

Customer management features a customer wallet and online recharge, get record of invoices with specific customer, income & expenses by customer

Project manager role features useful and easy to use project management module is included with options like view and comment by customer, employee management, export & data backups, business owner/manager can assign tasks to employees.
